My bottle of honey has reached it's best by date. I know I can keep using it but I would like to use it quickly. What are some ways? I have around 24oz left.

They found honey in 3000 year old Egyptian tombs that was still good.
Honey never goes bad, anon.

but my honey isn't organic
Also, what's a good way to rehydrate honey? I have one of those honeypots and I checked recently and it was super grainy and not liquidy at all. Just a few drops of water and stir?

Heat it in the microwave. Do not add water.
Also, Google

Gently heat
unless it is foamy on top or has bubbles growing inside, it's fine.

Heat in hot water or microwave. It's antibiotic so doesn't go bad.

Aggressively heat
OP here with a tangent. I just busted open my lip. Karma is real for laughing at the OP picture.

Make honey bread. Not really bread, more like a loaf, but still good.
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup cold milk
2 cups self raising flour
Put the honey and sugar in the warm milk and dissolve, add the cold milk, then add the flour a bit at a time and mix until it's smooth but don't overmix or shit gets chewy. Bake in a loaf pan at 180C for 40-45 minutes.
