Velveeta shells and sausage
lacking real cheese and pasta looks soggy. So does the meat. Which makes me think. Has any one ever made a breakfast pasta with sausage gravy and pork breakfast sausage meat? I mean biscuits and gravy is carbs and gravy and meat. Most pastas are carbs, meat and gravy/sauce. They make breakfast pizza. Why wouldn't it work?

It would probably work. Garnish with fresh sage.
But there's something about the texture of biscuit and sausage gravy that I feel would be lacking. But I grew up and live in a bumfuck backwater.

It would work, but do not garnish with fresh sage. Cook the sage in with it. No one wants to bite into raw sage, ever. It's very unpleasant. If you want to be fancy fry the sage leaves, and use them as a garnish. Never raw though.
