With some goddamn breakfast options because I have been eating the same shit for years now. Eggs and fucking breaded fish. My shit has been green many times before and my iron levels are quite frankly too big.
I need to reduce them and also introduce some healthy, viable breakfast alternatives.

Breakfast quesodilla
1 egg, pico de gallo (onion, garlic, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, maybe avocado), refried beans, baby spinach, cheese, tortillas
>Crack egg in tiny pan w/ butter
>Add pico de gallo immediately
>Cook like tiny omelet
>Spread thin layer of refried beans on 1 tortilla
>Stick spinach on beans
>Put egg on spinach
>Cheese on egg
>Top w/ second tiny tortilla
>Cook both sides until nice and cripsy brown
>Cut that nigger in half
>Dip in habanero sauce and sour cream
You'll shit blood from the hot sauce and it'll be worth it.
Get bread with dinner and use the left-over stale bread for french toast in the morning.
