Cholula master race
I got a whiff of siracha once. It was putrid and to strong of garlic.
it's good if you need a large volume of hot sauce to store away to make sure you get your spicy fix, the flavor itself is only really good on chicken
I've tried it a few times but it was just way too hot desu

Confirmed for best for mexican stuff like burritos, tacos, huevos rancheros, etc.,
Pic related reigns supreme for fried chicken/fish, regular non latino style eggs, and all various southern cuisine

I thought it was too sweet and too garlicky, but I made myself use the whole bottle and by the end I liked it.

I'll be the first ITT to say that I love sriracha, only hot sauce I use.

It tastes great and a fairly mild heat. Don't be a hotsauce hipster, anon.
I swear they changed the recipe to cater to American tastes. It used to be a lot better than it is now. Sweeter.

>Implying american don't like sweetness

...they do. That's why they changed it to make it sweeter.

Good on raw tuna. That's about it. Anything else it tastes like ass.

This looks good. We use Crystal in our restaurant but I didn't know they made an extra hot. Going to have to try it. Regular Crystal has great flavor but no heat whatsoever.

I eat it on eggs when I'm in a rush.

>It used to be a lot better than it is now. Sweeter.
implies "[It used to be] sweeter."
>it's another "i don't like X because it's popular" thread
>starts the thread by asking if anyone likes X
I don't use sriracha because it's got sugar.
I use a lot of hot sauce and I believe it should have no junk in it, it's one of the last foods that haven't been destroyed by the industry with corn syrup and chemicals.
>pic related

forgot the fuckin pic
Gochujang is the new hotness, you can stop hating sriracha now
