So, I got this can of armour corn beef (pic related) that I literally dont remember buying. What do I do with it? Can I just eat it from the can? I like spam and Vienna sausages if that's any sort of indicator of taste. Does it taste anything like the two things I just mentioned?

Use it to make corned beef hash and eggs.

pretty much this. it has to be crispy to be edible.
Take leftover cooked potatoes, dice them up, dice up an onion, throw it all together flipping about three or four times, serve with runny eggs for yolk sauce
Only good for corned beef and cabbage stew.
- Get a head of cabbage, chop it up into chunks (the "leaves" will flake off and you'll get bite-sized pieces)
- Cook it in some butter, medium heat, until it wilts a bit and the water evaporates and the cabbage begins browning
- Add the can of corned beef, mash it all up and stir it, let it warm through
- It'll become crispy, flip/turn it all around until it's as crispy as you like
This is the way I'd do it. A head of cabbage is about a buck. I like it with a good bit of black pepper and some mustard.

Generally anything inside of the expiry date that is canned is good to eat, but maybe not tasty.
