So I started going on a paleo diet recently and it's easier than going on a vegetarian or vegan diet. I was on a vegetarian diet a while back for 2 months and it was hard as fuck to not crave meat or imagine a delicious plate of chicken before me. But it was good for me to practice self control and let out my rage on people I was around lmao. So this paleo diet...I'm still new to what people can't and cannot eat on this diet. Can I eat spaghetti? I found a website that stated list of foods you can't or can eat and like they listed basically all the foods I love, this is gonna be difficult but it's worth it I hope. Im just tring out diets to see which one actually works for weight loss. The vegetarian diet worked. Now i'm on this one for expermentation. Can I eat cheese? I heard about people saying this diet doesnt work but ive heard good came out of it as well so yeah..
