Every single day I eat Progresso soup for lunch, what do you eat? What are some good lunch options for an office worker because I tire of this
I eat a variety of different things, but I never eat a can of sodium
Sandwiches, home made soups, home made stews, casseroles or curries
Anything that can be prepared the night before and refrigerated, or anything that can be prepared a week in advance (such as a Sunday afternoon) and frozen
How retarded are you that you have to buy cans of sodium?
Btw those two posts above and this one are all me
Stop buying cans of sodium you retard

It usually has pasta and meats
Put leftovers in tupperware
Bring tupperware to work
Eat as is or heat if you want to I guess.
Or: freeze leftovers in portion sizes, do this after every dinner.
Bring one frozen/thawed box to work, different content than last nights dinner for variety.

Yeah, shitty ones. And waaay too much salt. (and frankly, I'm talking about flavor, not the health aspect).
Just make soup yourself in large batches. Portion it up, bring it to work. Prevent things from getting boring by changing up the recipe.
Other dishes like curries, stews, pasta sauce, etc, are equally easy to make in large batches and they reheat well. They're ideal to portion up for the week.
