I've got a flat sandwich press that you can lock into a number of toaster settings. I lock it into a setting that means it's as close to the pizza as possible.
Heats the top of the pizza nicely and makes the base just slightly crispy. Best way to reheat it by far.
broiler in a baking pan, gets everything hot and the crust crispy

When you do pizza in skillet, get a large enough skillet so you can put your slices to one side and pour a small puddle of water to the other side, close the lid and let the vapor melt the cheese on top.
toaster oven

There's no such thing as bad pizza. Whether it's 3 days stale or microwaved rubber, I'll eat it. After a 12+ hour shift of bullshit, I'll eat it cold from the fridge.

Perfect reheated pizza:
Put pizza in cold oven
Set oven on 300F
When "preheat finished" buzzer dings, pull pizza.
Perfect every time.
