What are some good weeknight meals for two?

Weeknight meal generally means quick and basic, as in something you can make right after work.

Stir fry. Easy to make quickly. Some chicken cubes and mix in the sauce and veggies (which you can pre-chop, if that is even necessary). Takes about 15 minutes, prep and all.

1lb of salmon, oven cooked in an aluminum folded envelope with lemon juice, thyme, and olive oil
Asparagus, oven cooked with olive oil, salt, and pepper
rice pilaf from a package

Should take 5 minutes of effort and 30 minutes total cook time. If your oven is at 400 the salmon takes 20 minutes and the asparagus takes 15 minutes
