Not that carnist trash
Last night I tried making pepper jack cheese stuffed hamburgers for the first time. Turned out ok, but not great.

Every time I stuff a burger with cheese it just oozes out while cooking.

Looks like some dank slaw.
Just made :^)

That's what happened to mine. Half of it oozed out. I want to try again, but at the same time l want to try cooking just regular burgers. Just a double cheese burger with some well seasoned burgers. I might make that when I get off work tonight.

Its sunday my man, the only day of the week where I dont do anything and eat what I want. I also dont shower on sundays
We've been on a road trip today, so I've been eating road food. Breakfast was a chorizo, egg, and potato burrito, Lunch was Schlotzky's (deluxe original ), and once we get there, dinner will be at our favorite ramen house. I already know what I'll order, Aka Tonkotsu ramen with an extra egg, add corn. Plus some geso and takoyaki.

I want to go to lemonade world.

PB&J sandwich with beer
I made some BLTs tonight. They were pretty good, the bread I used was too whole grain and overpowered some of the flavors from the rest of the ingredients but overall pretty good. Didn't take a picture so take this one from Chef John.

Doesn't look like much, but it'll taste grand. Has a while to go, though. I didn't prep the beans enough.

Chili.
Fried up a yellow onion, a bunch of mushrooms, and poblano in canola, add garlic just at the end of that bit, then mix in the meat (ground beef since they were out of picada), keep stirring it on medium or a bit above, until it's browned, then turn it to simmer and mix in beans (both frijoles and habichuelas, about four cups each when they were dry) and diced tomato, then add spices, particularly cumin and hot peppers (I used three fresh jalapeƱos and about four dry thai peppers) and after that it just keeps simmering, the longer the better.
