I used to live in a house that was in the middle of an old pecan grove. So, yeah, I've shelled, and shelled, and shelled.....but, it was nice being able to sell all the pecans we didn't have room for. We'd easily make several hundred dollars a week during the season, and then set that money aside for Christmas.

Live in south georgia and have a couple of acres of pecan trees on my family's land and we always have pecans. Fucking love those things.
