I think being concerned with what type of apple you eat and what that does to your image kinda means you share many of the characteristics you likely despise.

I like fujis and braeburns because I think they strike a good balance between tart and sweet and are generally pretty crisp.

I just canned 50 quarts of apple sauce. I think they were Golden Delicious. My family picked them from a tree. They were free.

Cox's Orange, but that's also the only one I know. And I am not even certain it was Cox's Orange but I think so. It also made for pretty damn good juice.

I want to one day own a house + garden with a good variety of appletrees of my choosing.
