Had this idea of making breakfast every morning and I need something that can be made quickly before work. The first idea was smoothies but those get old after a couple months. So I tried making dumplings or somethin that resembles dumplings and just threw whatever I thought would taste good together. Ideally I want something thats like ramen noodles but healthier and can make at home.
If scrambled eggs are taking you longer than 2 minutes to make, you're not doing it correctly.
And I really do mean 2 minutes from cold pan and eggs in the carton.
Can of baked beans and toast. Put beans in bowl and put in microwave. Put bread in toaster.
>pour cereal into bowl
>pour milk on top
>OPTIONAL: add fruit or nuts
But seriously I make my own breakfast mix of dried fruit and nuts and a bit of chocolate. Just grab a handful or two and I am ready to go.

You should specify here, because cereal isn't breakfast, it's really fucking bad for you.
Your own mix sounds good, and reasonably healthy though.

I don't think he means captain crunch my dude. you can make cereal out of a bunch of shit. buy your own oats/granola etc. and add to it

oats and granola are two radically different things my dudes.
From a health perspective, oats are healthy even for those with sedentary lifestyles. However granola is a calorie explosion. Would only ever recommend granola for strenuous activity. If you're eating granola for your daily breakfast ur doin it wrong

If youre eating granola all day everyday for your breakfast... YOURE DOING IT ALL WRONG *CHOOOWWW TIPS*

I just meant there's a million things you can make cereal out of. that's like saying soup is really bad for you. well yeah it is if you make it bad for you
