My nigga. OK so for these fuckers you need to wash them and get all the pulp off. After that dry very well. I'm talking dish towel and roll them up for 5 min. Toss with a tiny bit of olive oil and salt. I like to let it sit for a bit on the rack for a hour before I pit them in a 400 degree oven. Check them at 10 min and stir every 3 until done.
