I went to a Vietnamese restaurant here in Chicago, and there was literally a penis in my noodle/soup dish. I swear to God, it looked like a real human penis cooked and thrown in. I ate around it, and I was too cowardly to ask what the fuck it was. I was with a friend who ordered something that didn't have a penis in it. She laughed the whole time.

Any thoughts on this?

At a large international/asia market in my city, I routinely see skinned bull and pig penises in the meat case, and they're labeled as such. I don't know how they cook them, but I assume soups.

find a flaw? There is only soup. Going out for Vietnamese food? You are getting soup. Back of the menu. More soup. The other Vietnamese place on the other side of town. Soup. Occasionally you will find a place with Chinese noodle dishes of French influenced sandwiches, but that's hardly genuine Vietnamese cuisine. Not saying anything is wrong with soup, but a little variety is nice.
