Every cake/brownie I bake ends up burned up top and raw down bottom.
I'm using aluminium trays to bake them.
Is there a way to prevent this as is? Should I start using my brain and buy a tin tray?

Yes.
Or double your trays to get better heat distribution.
no you don't need to buy different pans, start using your brain and lower the temperature
This may sound crazy, but have you considered your oven knobs are switched around? I'm saying this because that's actually what happened to me and that's how my cakes used to come out, the knob I thought I was setting to 175°C was actually turning on the top grill, and the knob I thought was setting the heat to top and bottom was actually setting the oven to like 90°C. Hence raw, burnt cake.
Lower your oven tray.

If the oven is electric, put a sheet of aluminum over the top. Infrared heat from the upper element can make the top of the cake hotter than the actual oven temp.

You need to use bottom or some ovens have a temp equalizer or center heat option.

too hot, my sister did this by accident when she had it on the broiler setting instead of bake.
