oatmeal
edamame
That's it. Two things. I hate cooking, but I'm going to lose weight. What else should I buy?

First of all, a food scale (aka kitchen scale) to weigh your ingredients.
You're not gonna make it by eyeballing teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, slabs, shreds, pieces, etc.
Second.
>Oatmeal.
Goes great with apples, stock up on apples.
Too much work? Just stay fat.
