I know some of you are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition, so I wanna ask you, what is the importance of starch in the diet? What are some starchy vegetables and how much should I be having on my dinner plate?
I tend to follow the food pyramid as much as I can but it doesn't really explain how to get the most out of veggies.
