not so sure about a side dish but an easy way to make your chicken even better is to fry some mushrooms with red or yellow bell pepper in some butter and make it a wine-butter sauce. spoon it over the chicken and it'll be 5x better.

These are all good suggestions. Really any type of Rice and green vegetable will pair up well with it. I like to cook the chicken in the oven for a bit seasoned with S&P and paprika, then sauté some shrooms and onions in a pan and finish up the chicken in the pan. Then add some chicken stock and some half and half to thicken it it to a sauce. Serve with a bowl of freshly steamed white rice.

When I make chicken breast in the pan, I try and throw in some frozen peas. Cooked black beans are good too. I also like eating my chicken breast with cucumber slices or avocado slices.
