1. Roll out dough into pie shape in a pan
2. Put apples and sugar and cinnamon in and cover with more dough
3. Put in oven for 7 minutes on high heat with butter and oil
4. Serve hot

One cup of flour
2 table spoons of butter cut into the dough
one glass of water slowly poured with beating the dough until soft to firm
Place into Fridge for 30 minutes to one hour
Peel, quarter and dice one apple

I generally fold over the pie rather then make a complicated crust. Another technique that worked surprisingly well was rolling it out like a cinnamon buns and baking it, then slicing it as a roll.
