Anyone here knows chinese? I bought this cheep peanut butter, but I don't know if this is the expiration date? Also, I'm not sure if this is 100% peanut butter, because I don't know chinese, and I'm too autistic to ask.
Here's ingredient list. I think.
that's the production date.
Dude show us the front label you know some Chinaman will tell you once you post it

Is there another number, maybe on the bottom?
It's not like peanut butter expires super fast or anything, especially when still sealed.

I hope so. Thanks.

Thank you anon!

Nothing on the bottom. This is the last pic.
>>8148008
Anon, do you know if this is 100% peanut or does it have something added?
>>8148012
Given that it's cheap and Chinese? Probably has a lot of carcinogens added.

>>hydrogenated vegetable oil flavouring
Congratulations anon, you just bought Crisco flavored peanut butter.
>>8148134
I'm europoor, is Crisco bad for health? Does it taste like lard?
>>8148299
>Crisco bad for health?
It's hydrogenated vegetable oil. In other words, it's literally trans-fat. Imagine margarine without the "butter" flavor added.
>Does it taste like lard?
No. It's rather neutral in taste.
Isn't normal peanut butter cheap?

That's the manufacturing date bruh

>Product name: Peanut condiment sauce (semi-solid condiment)
>Ingredients: peanuts, cornstarch, vegetable oil, glucose, salt, hydrogenated vegetable oil, spices, food additives (mono and double (?) glycerin fatty acids).
Then it says made in Guangzhou, Dongguan and the company's contact numbers.
>Shelf life: 18 months.

You're not using it right. It's not like American peanut butter where you spread it on bread to eat. Use it in kebab sauces, marinades, and hot-pot sauce mixes. Think of it as a peanut tahini. My favourite way to use it is in peanut noodles.
Hot
>boil some somen or flat Chinese noodles
>make a paste of rice vinegar, sugar, soy, peanut sauce, sesame oil, and salt
>drain noodles when cooked, mix into nutty savoury sauce
>optional: add a fried egg with runny yolk or crunchy peanut pieces.
Bonus
Hotpot sauce recipe
>peanut sauce, sesame sauce, red preserved bean-curd, sugar, vinegar, soy, sesame oil
Also use it in any kind of cold noodle dish, like hiyashi chuuka.
>fuck I love this shit

Thank you very much! I'm gonna try to use it with some noodles. That recipe sounds delicious. Gonna google some more recipes.
Damn, I haven't bought any Chinese noodles.

No. In my country peanut butter is two or four times expensive then the peanut itself. Which doesn't make a lot of sense to me, since 100% peanut butter has only to be crushed and put into a jar.
