Alright for a slight schmear on stuff. Makes white bread taste like wheat. Also good to add umami (I hate that term) to a stew or other likewise ensemble.

I love it. It's great thinly spread on toast. It's also fantastic to add flavor for savory dishes like meat pies, stews, sauces, etc. I always have a jar on hand. I consider it a pantry staple just like salt, flour, tomato paste...
