I'd take a neck filet over a flank steak any day of the week. Costs next to nothing too.
I was heavily into rump steak, it had all I wanted and really cheap.
But now Ive found pic related, but I got no idea of its english name.
It's kind of a "rare" cut to get a hold of as well in my area.
From what I understand its the inner loin, beef. Like beef tenderloin but much cheaper.
