i like my pizzas, not much sauce, NO CHEESE, few toppings, 1 meat 2-3 veg, v nice dough

cheese coats the entire pizza. takes away from any other sort of flavour that may be on there. gives everything a cheesey overtone.

I think that's the beauty of pizza. You can have a really high quality authentic pizza made by a master pizzattiero, with emphasis on a small number of quality ingredients. Then at the other end of the spectrum you can a greasy take away pizza made by an unenthusiastic teenager, slathered with sauce and salty toppings. And both will be enjoyable in different situations and for different reasons.

dont even need tomato sauce. ive done some experimenting. satay chicken pizza happens hardly enough.
