Say nothing. Try not making commitments that require her to do anything by a certain time. Have something in the freezer for whenever she does come by one day impromptu. Or the right restaurant on speed dial.

Maybe try taking over dinner to her house sometimes, just something basic you picked up, some takeout or nice casserole you put together, and a bagged salad, Rolls you bought. You know, something homemade but not all this major creation. Just make the focus the time with her, not the monumental meal.
