I usually snack on cereal as a treat in these little things.

Anything bigger and I go overboard with the cereal.

I eat cereal in a cup desu.

Generally, yes. I hate the design of most bowls. The sides aren't high enough and I end up spilling milk, or spilling cereal when I add milk.
Corelle makes some nice highwall bowls but I'm not paying $4 a piece for them when I can get Ziploc/Gladware bowls for $4 for 4 and use them for food storage and other things as well.
