Put half in the refrigerator so you can make banana smooth (2 medium bananas for 1 cup of milk). Let the other half ripening and keep eating it in a moderate way. I love banana oatmeal. When they get overripe make banana bread, banana cake or banana jam (half sugar, half banana in weight).
