I have an issue where i get indegestion and diarrhea when i eat basically any spicy food. I have never gone to the doctor so I haven't been diagnosed with anything, because it's not really a big problem. However I like to eat spicy food. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you deal with it?

It's probably your shitty murikan genes

You gotta give us more info than that. Give some examples of the dishes you can't digest.
It's just your genes.
I get the same if I eat any fibre in any quantity. Even small. In fact, the only time I ever poop properly and feel good is if I eat ONLY lean protein for a few days. Makes no sense but there ya go.
The problem is not "spicy food", it's probably a food allergy.
Specifically, what do you eat that upsets your stomach?

Digestion is generally more variable due to what bacteria populate your gut than to what genes you have.
There are a lot of enzymes humans just don't produce, so nutritionists often prescribe diets (FODMAPS) or aids to manage them

forgot to attach pic, had successful rcts and commonly prescribed

Alright; that makes sense. Bacteria hosting is genetically determined to a degree though, right? I'm not quarrelling - honest question.
I find it really odd anyway. If I eat red meat though, I get very bloated and lethargic. Not in small quantities however. Also, I've tried to go vegetarian and I just can't. Absolutely fucks me up. If I don't have red meat (very specifically) in what I've worked out to be about 500 grams a month, it's just catastrophic. Tired, lethargic, dizzy, ratty, etc.

Oh, no doubt. Also strongly regional and determined by mom.
You have to build up a tolerance.
Eat 2 whole chilies per day for a week, then increase by 1 chili for 5 consecutive weeks. You'll be shitting a river, but by the end of it, you'll be able to eat spicy food without problems.
Also, HUGE study nowadays into fecal flora, which have significant outcomes when transplanted.
Apple cider vinegar and water?

Regional in what way? Ancestor-wise?
My mom had me by c section and I wasn't breast-fed? Think there could be a correlation?
God, I love 4chan.
