When's the last time you went to a quality Indian buffet?

last month but parking on the street was a shitty idea.
Given that curry is actually an Indian dish and not the usual Bengali and Pakistani slop served in so-called 'curry houses' here, 1998, Columbo, Sri Lanka.

Fairly recently actually, the Indian place near me has been voted best in tampa bay for like 4 years in a row and their buffet is god tier. I don’t go much now because I’m doing low carb and unlimited naan and rice is too tempting for my weak soul
In which European country do they have indian buffets? Here in Austria we only have normal restaurants. They are on the priceer side unfortunately.

I'd imagine that the United Kingdom has a ton of them.
I went to a pretty decent place last week.

Many Indian restaurants in the US offer lunch buffets, but there's almost always a huge difference in quality between that and the fresh, made to order food they make during they make during the dinner service. Yet they still end up making most of their money off the lunch buffet; I guess there aren't that many decent lunch options, and fatties are gonna fat.
Friday with 3 friends but i was so drunk they had to order the food i ended up with a bengali chicken phaal i sobered up fast.
