I'm quite partial to their chili dogs.

Schnitzel can be made from pretty much any meat, but Wienerschnitzel, from Vienna(thus Wiener, pronounced with a V), is made from veal, unless they specify that it's made from pork. Do you not have any German restaurants where you live?
