I usually just cook eggs and egg-related things but I want a general purpose cooking oil I don't make a ton of different things.
I might fry up some falafal once in a while too or use the skillet to heat up some hashbrowns

canola oil has a higher smoke point than olive oil so it's going to be more versatile.
