Mushroom pie making over here.
Just made some coconut curry and rice. I added too much cinnamon and it wasn't very good. I ate all of it because I didn't want to waste it. Now I'm taking a burning poo in my loo.
I made like 8 quesodillas with diiferent spices in them but i eated them ;_;

Welp, shittakes, portabellos, onion, carrots, celery, red potatoes, vegetable stock, wine, tamari, olive oil, sage and thyme so far. Tasting pretty damn good.
I added some corn starch to thicken: hope it wasn't too much.
If this goes well, could be a Christmas kinda thing.

Trying this out. I have had good results with their yellow curry chicken. Anyone else fuck with this street kitchen shit, thoughts. I think its affordable but meme like.

Just do a 3:2:1 crust (flour, butter, water)
Refrigerate all ingredients
Grate butter into flour with cheese grater
Mix water in by hand
This can't fail. Sure, you could throw some parm in there, too.
