If your body seems to process milk just fine than your fine. I havent seen anything to suggest milk hatred is more common these days but I dont get out much.
Milk alternatives suck with the exception of chocolate almond milk.

Coconut milk powder is pretty cheap and can be reconstituted to coconut milk, generally has sulfite as a preservative but meh.

Cow's milk is fine for glorious European master race though.

I love milk but I feel guilty for drinking it. Almost like soda. But milk isn't bad for you right? And I'm just talking the occasional drink, not whole milk with every meal.
