I'm so glad that Tesco™ invented the water proof apple™, I don't know how we could bob for apples without them!
Prevents it from watering down the apple flavour. Good buy imo.

I frequently go on long swims, 10 miles or more (nautical of course), and I find apples to be the perfect mid swim snack, plus they aid in buoyancy. However many of them would get waterlogged. Not so buoyant anymore, and the taste would dilute. Now if I was worried about calories this wouldn't be a problem, but a 10 mile swim will really get you going. So now I can enjoy a belt full of apples, thanks waterproof apple.
How do you digest something that's water proof? Isn't stomach acid mostly water?

as a trans genderfluid polyamorous pansexual male who identifies as a vegan otter faerie I am glad that there are finally practical apple choices available to me
