I got some pork chops and some mushrooms.
What dish should I prepare?

What kind of pork chops? Thick or thin? Rib, lion or tenderlion? And what kind of mushrooms - Roman white meadow, or something more interesting?
I'd got either with pork chops smothered in mushroom gravy or mushroom rice with onioned pork chops.
Alternately, if they're boneless, par-fried-then-baked pork cutlets and crumb-and-cheese stuffed mushrooms.
All options come with a side of garlic-fried greens and either mashed potatoes (smothered pork chops), buttered carrots (with the mushroom rice) or buttered parsnips (with the cutlet).
