A big bowl of cereal is one of my favorite things, but my lactose sensitivity has gotten a lot worse lately so I can't enjoy it any more.

I love a Bowl of Wheat Chex. Raisin Bran, or Frosted Flakes once and awhile. I do eat the occasional sugary kids cereal but not often. It's ok to indulge in stuff like that but like everything it should be in moderation.

What are sour pickles?

I eat oatmeal but almost never eat cold cereal, its a giant waste of calories.

I mix some of those extremely fibrous cereals in my yogurt but that's about it.

Only Fruity Pebbles, and only twice a year.
