Huevos con chorizo is a personal favorite, i don't like to mess around with my eggs much desu, also get some shredded dried beef (not jerky) and toss it in there, makes some good stuff

I've noticed after making a sunny side up egg, when I sprinkle salt onto the yolk, the yolk sorta absorbs the salt into the yolk leaving this sort of whitish residue where the salt spread after dissolving

Garlic
Onion
Ham
Cheese
