My favorite sandwich:
Guacamole and black bean paste.
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion rings
Sambal on the side.
I recommend keeping everything separate and assemble it at work. I have a toaster at work which makes it even better. If you can, toast the bread before assembly.

oil and vinegar
