Fridays thread went really well, so here's what my gf made today.
Two kinds of potato salad - chicken Alfredo potato salad and shrimp and spinach potato salad. Both are absolutely delicious, and she made lots so that it could serve as a snack for whenever she doesn't have time to cook during the work week.
I love this woman. I wish she would propose already.
