Here's what I eat --
Breakfast, coffee and whatever else I can find available at 8am, the are where I work is scarce for food. Sometimes I don't even eat, I'll just have coffee.

Lunch, usually nongshim ramen cup of some kind because they're cheap at convenient stores.

Dinner, if my SO makes something it'll be like bagged chicken or what ever he grilled like steak or kebabs. He loves cooking any meat but fish. If I make food its usually pasta or potatoes.
Or I don't eat dinner and go straight to bed where I shitpost on various boards until passing out happens

the reason i ask is because you definitely* suffer from aphasia (more specifically, anomic aphasia), which is the inability to either process or supply language and can be caused by any number of things.

the most common causes of anomic aphasia are strokes, tumors and blunt trauma to the head, none of which seem to be the problem* from what you've described. [i trust you would remember if you were ever kicked in the head or had a stroke.]

i ask about the sex because genital herpes is another common cause, as well as opioids because it's a rare, but known, factor in aphasia as well.

i'm no endrocrinologist, but when i studied it years ago, there was a disease called "hashimoto's encephalopathy" which could explain weight gain and aphasia, but it usually comes with a whole host of other symptoms as well. it's exceedingly rare, but based on how much i see studies nowadays, the common argument is that it's more undiagnosed than it is rare—i'm not entirely convinced that's the case.

the good news is that it is treatable with steroids, but you'd need to see a neurologist and an endocrinologist with a specialty in this to confirm (depending on where you live, vanderbilt, the mayo clinic, and johns hopkins all have excellent doctors).

*again, let me stress that i am literally a drunk anonymous person with a PhD (not an MD) in neurodegeneration—specifically alzheimer's. YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST MY ARMCHAIR DIAGNOSIS AS ANYTHING OTHER THAN SPECULATION. i don't know your medical history, the drugs you've taken, etc, and i'm talking outside of my specialty, so there's no way i could know for certain what you suffer from.

I'm all for using stevia as a natural, almost-energy-free sweetener, and it's great to see you including nutrient-rich foods such as kale, spinach, and broccoli. Apple cider vinegar is no better than any other vinegar, though they all lower the GI of a meal.

Emu is a fabulously lean, minimally processed meat, but it's not accessible to most shitposters. Your teas are a lovely herbal addition to your fluid intake and may assist digestion.

The homemade muffins sound delicious, but carob is no healthier than chocolate. I'd go blueberries with dark chocolate any day.
