That doesn't make any sense. The flavoring ingredients used in normal pepsi have color on their own--totally separate from that of the coloring. If you took the coloring out of normal pepsi the drink would not be clear--it would look a bit like lemonade or very weak tea. Therefore the flavor used in crystal pepsi must be different than those used in normal pepsi since crystal is completely colorless.

I really like it, it tastes like if you took a lemon lime thing like Sprite or Sierra Mist and mixed it with Pepsi but kept both flavors separate.

It's definitely not as heavy or acidic of a flavor as normal Pepsi and it's got more of a slight citrus taste, you're a dumbie if you can't taste the difference.

It isn't bad and I'll definitely get one whenever the opportunity presents itself but it's not a revelation or anything despite it tasting unlike any other soda I've had (though with a slight hint of Pepsi). I'm happy I got to try a fresh one in my lifetime but I won't be too terribly upset when it goes away again.
