Basically this.
There's only a few things where it's not just a background flavor or garnish.
It's overpowering in most dishes in more than tiny amounts.
I love fried eggs with fresh parsley and parmesan. Really the only time i personally enjoy the taste of parsley, rather than just using it as a garnish.

All jokes aside I made this and it's fucking awesome. Had leftover sauce, froze, and made seconds a week later, and tasted even better
I put it in almost all my soups and stews. And a few times a week when I don't feel like brushing my teeth I eat a big hunk of fresh parsley.

It's traditional in Iranian cuisine to serve alongside your main dish. People would take a bite of kabob and rice and followup with a slice of raw onion or a handful of parsley.
Idk why kabob is so praised, ghormeh sabzi or kufte blow it out of the water
Boiled new potatoes.
Egg and bread slices of fat pork cutlets and then fry them crispy.
Served with a thick parsil sauce.
