Water because I've been drinking too much diet soda when I've been out lately and not tracking my food and my scale says I for some reason have gone up 6 pounds in less then a week.

I've now been scared enough to make myself a gym routine to go with every morning never again.

Although I'll probably have either a Miller Lite or a bottle of Innis on the weekend after work.
