Tomatillo Salsa
>Slice tomatillos in half
>Slice a few chiles in half (I like jalapeno & poblano, but use what you can find)
>Peeled clove of garlic
>One onion, cut into quarters
>Place on roasting tray
>Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper
>Bake until the chiles start to turn black around the edges (about 10-15 minutes)
>Remove. Allow to cool
>Throw in blender/food processor/what have you
>If they have tortilla chips in England, dip 'em in that salsa.

Me gusts es salsa Verde!

Toast skin-on garlic,peeled and washed tomatillos, and jalapeno/serrano, on a skillet.

Peel garlic.

Add it to a mortar, with a little salt.

Grind to a smooth paste

Grind chiles

Gring tomatillos

Add liquid (water or a chicken stock)

Add salt to taste

Onion is optional chop it finely.
