Black Russian was my first.
Can't say I enjoyed it much, but that doesn't mean it didn't taste nice. Definitely will have to try a White Russian.

I think I might try a Pina Colada or Blue Hawaiian next month. Maybe that one cocktail in the coconut.

If I order a cocktail at a bar it's usually a dry gin martini with a lime garnish. If I'm making cocktails for myself I like gimlets with home made simple syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice or strong gin and tonics with lime. Some times I mix of cocktails for my gf and my friends and they seem to like Cosmopolitans and margaritas which don't taste that bad when I make them.

vodka tonic is the quintessential summer drink. Low ball beveled glass, 3 cubes, full shot of vodka, Canada Dry tonic water fill to the top, lime wedge squeezed and dropped in the drink. It's adult Koolaid.

A good bartender can make any classic cocktail tasty.

It's got more sugar than soda - stopped drinking them when I put on weight.

For summer refreshment I love a Campari and soda myself.
