I whisk three eggs in a ceramic bowl and put a slice of muenster cheese on top and microwave it for 2:30-3 min and toast an english muffin.

overcooked the meat a bit and I used taco spices . Its pretty good considering that it fed 4 people.

I've done this. Made tacos but didn't have anything to eat it on so I threw in in a baking dish, topped it with rice and refried beans and then cornbread batter and baked it.
