Cook a bunch of it for a little bit (like 5 minutes) in hot water, rinse it, chop it, mix it with chopped onions, garlic, a little flour and two eggs, pan fry it both sides, boom, delicious chard tortilla
it's pretty good raw in a green salad ime.

Make a loin cloth, toss on some Genesis w Phil Collins and be fabulous
git you some ham hocks and a onion son make a quick broth an cook them greens down some.
jus till tender an let em sit fo a bit. heat em up agin and eat them greens with some cornbred.
thas a dinner in my parts.

1. Cut leafy greens and make great salad (assuming other veggies)
2. Slash stalks and eat like celery
3. Sautee, reduce down with a bit of garlic, salt, and even red pepper flakes...
You could eat alone or with rice if you need to..CLEAN POWER FOOD.....also, never rule out ginger...

I make veggie soup with it. Usually just toss some swiss chard, spinach, lentils, maybe some cabbage in a pot with some broth. Add some white pepper and you have a stupidly low calorie meal.
