Does /ck/ drink tsipouro or ouzo? Also European liquor thread.

That exact bottle got me my last gf - it was a bad decision, but I still love ouzo and metaxa.

Ouzo: I had it and its good.
Tsipouro: I sell it, never had it. Not sure what the difference between Ouzo. They are the only liquors you can smell through the bottle.
Metaxa: Very unique brandy. Not bad

Tsipouro has less of an anise taste, much less sweet than ouzo.

In all seriousness though, I do prefer sambuca, particularly black sambuca, as it is thicker and has a richer flavor.

Ever have galliano? You'll see it at the bars of some Italian restaurants, though its mostly a decoration there.It tastes like someone mixed ouzo with vanilla extract and vodka, and I've seen it turn grown men with beards into sniveling sorority girls, holding each others hair as they puke after their third drink. Its somehow both wonderful and absolutely disguising. Highly recommend, at least once.
