what do rich people eat in a day?
>>
Whatever the fuck they want or if preparing for a specific role whatever the fuck their personal trainer and dietitian tell them to eat.
>>
saffron shaped to resemble other foods

For dinner, typically overpriced steaks and pasta dishes.

For lunch, expensive burgers or sandwiches. Or they'll visit one of those health food joints that have popped up everywhere for "street tacos", wraps, crudite, that type of stuff.

Either no breakfast or a scone with their coffee.

This is at least how rich people dine in America

that's lower middle class buddy, and that's for a combined couple with no kids. for an actual family, that is near poverty tier
>>
>>7877133
I know a lot of rich people, and cater to them.

They actually eat pretty much the same thing that the rest of us do, at least at home. I suppose sometimes its different when they go out to a really fancy restaurant they eat really nice, but those are rare occasions.

The vast majority of the time, even multi-millionaires don't eat much different than the rest of us peasants.
>>
>>7877133
Probably a lot of really fussy smoothies made out of extracts of plants from 14 different countries blended with yogurt made from the milk of the human slaves they keep in the basement. That or 47 single mouthful servings of various overengineered dishes prepared by a personal chef who would have killed themself years ago if their salary didn't afford them an endless supply of scotch whiskey and pall malls.
>>
>>7878600
By your judgement, I'm near poverty.
Currently living with parents and sister, only dad works. He makes 85k after Uncle Sam's paycheck.
We're nowhere near having a big house and having dinner parties every weekend, but we're not cutting down on meals either. We're pretty comfortable. College takes a toll whenever the semester starts, but it doesn't leave us begging for extra cash.

For a family, 85k is fine. It's not awesome, but it'll get you by. You can put one kid through public universities any given year.

>what do rich people eat in a day?
They're just like everyone else, seriously. Your eating habits are based on your childhood, and a host of other reasons to eat what you eat, and a lot less to do with what kind of money you can spend right now. The only thing that screams true is that in the upper percentile of wealth, you live longer and maintain your health better. There's less denial about planning for the future and considering that you will live a while, and want to be healthy for it. You can also control your stress more if you can retire earlier.

Celebrities, fitness freak types are more trendy and skippy, the kind of thinness is wealthy thing. It's not as accepted to be obese in the top 10%, judgy judgy. See above. Doctors and personal trainers keep you a little more on track, as well as not looking at pricetags. It does indeed cost more to eat organic, whirling up hosts of veggies in a juicer with hundreds of dollars in supplement crap or paying someone to cook for you and stock up on the whole foods beverages and snacks. Lots of meal skipping for bars and then nice things like sushi feasts and great steaks, but no carbs. Portions are more reasonable to allow for more alcohol.

How do you stay thin? Calories in vs calories out. Exercise.
>>

GP's Morning Smoothie
Tip

Use an almond butter with no sugar added.
GP’s Morning “Smoothie”
goop

Gwyneth drinks one of these every morning, whether or not she’s detoxing. Choose your Moon Juice moon dust depending on what the day ahead holds…brain before a long day at the office, sex dust before a date, etc.
Serves 1

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons vanilla mushroom protein powder

1 teaspoon maca

1 teaspoon ashwagandha

1 teaspoon ho shou wu

1 teaspoon cordyceps

1 teaspoon moon dust of choice: Action Dust to soothe overworked muscles, Beauty Dust for a glowy complexion and healthy hair, Brain Dust to combat mental fogginess, Goodnight Dust when sleep has been evasive, Sex Dust, for, you know, and Spirit Dust to get that extrasensory perception going.

pinch Himalayan sea salt

pinch vanilla powder (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.

Very rarely will they go to a posh restaurant, just like normal people.

multi-mil/year income household here
we're not stupid fucking rich, but yeah

breakfast is usually like a yogurt or leftovers or a bento from the local conbi (in America, no fucking less)

lunch is usually like $15-$20 somewhere outside (i'm in NYC so take that into account)

dinner is either home cooking or more leftovers, depending on how lazy we are. Sometimes we go out on the weekends, maybe $50 per person

We eat lots of fancy groceries. Expensive fish, meat, etc. But besides that, surprisingly normal compared to most folks.

Parents with about 8 million dollars here.

I start the day by having my Victoria's Secret model girlfriend lick caviar off my balls. I then indulge in a slice of cock wrapped in smoked salmon.

For my lunch, I have an endive salad and some smoked trout.

For dinner I have a piece of organic venison cooked medium rare, with sunchoke canneloni and red wine.

To conclude, I drink some fine 18 year old scotch mixed with my own piss.

My parents actually do have 8 million dollars I just don't go out of my way to be a pretentious fag about it and I hate people who do.

if you live in Omaha then 8 million is rich. If you live in NYC or LA it's middle class. I'm not even joking. you have a warped perspective
>>
>>7888738

Dude I'm not even him but you have a distorted view of wealth of you truly think 8 million dollars is not rich. If you live in Omaha 1 million is rich. If you live in NYC or LA, it's pretty much nothing because 1 bed room apartments cost nearly a million. But 8 million is rich pretty much anywhere. You can afford a great property and have money left over. You never have to work ever again with that type of money if you handle it well. You're just jelly. It's obvious.

>eat finga licking every day

Another one
>>
>>7886204
What's wrong with that?
>>
>>7877133
I only eat out most of the time. So it varies. I always decline when I have a choice, in attending table d'hôte. Anything that makes me uncomfortable, such as some kind of pressure to finish eating, eating something I do not want to; I will just pay and go at that point. (Complaining would be both low-brow and troublesome)
Because, evidently, I have a side interest in food, I do read the newspaper guides and suchlike when I see them, however I am not dictated by price equals good I am sure most of you are well aware this is complete horseradish.
The only time I eat at home I plan my meals. So it is usually not spontaneous. I hate wasting food as well, bleeding money after all.
For refreshments my main choices are tea, my favourite is probably silver needle or white darjeeling, occasionally a good roibos, at home I drink water with Ice with a little lemon squash. In the mornings I often get a cold pressed juice of some variety. Watermelon and mint is very nice. I just about don't drink at all. Another way to lose money quickly really.
Types of food are simply what I feel like, I also make sure to often have salads even if I don't feel like them. I've eaten mcdonalds once in my life I think, KFC once and it made me vomit. I really wish you guys would stop polluting this board with unhealthy gross crap and just focus on actual food.
The food cuisines I pick are varied. Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian.. I don't know, the regular? Uh, Korean is not popular I guess because the atmosphere is usually way too intimidating to dine alone and at least most of everybody I know has no idea about how to eat with those grill things or etiquette or anything so that just does not happen.
Obviously, Western European food gets vaulted about others when it comes to dealing with mainly white domestic companies, which is a real shame.
I have friends who do the thing of having a private table most nights at X restaurant,
>>
>>7890396
above*
and many also do the drug-fuelled nightclub stuff, but because I only feel happy eating what I want to eat on any given day, this does not work for me.
I'd say the most I would comfortably spend on a lunch would be $100 and for dinner, or rather a drawn out evening, $500.
I really have no idea what exactly my assets would be worth, I don't hand my taxes, but I know I made 4.5m after taxes last year.

>>

But then you are a looser in the first world.

I make significantly less than you but I command significantly more respect and run 2 business and hardly have to do anything myself, have a nice house and an amazing garden because I live in a "shithole".

Cheap labour is great.

Lol, live with mom. I have no job, I'm stuck in college.
She makes something around 15k a year. Spends all her money on drugs, alcohol, beauty products, prescriptions she doesn't need, probably buys shit I don't know about online, probably gave her credit info to some random site online for all I know, so someone is stealing from her every now and then - probably gambles for I know

>Breakfast - pancakes or sausage, omelet, and biscuits, sometimes all together. Milk.

>Lunch - ramen, frozen processed food, or whatever I can concoct with leftovers in the cabinets
>Usually nothing

>Dinner - maybe a dollar bag of chips, some Arizona Green Tea, and some swisher sweets

Sounds right. The food industry before processed foods and the internet and global media would have a lot to do with the diets of those old money moguls who never have the time to feed into the latest bullshit.

But it's crazy to think the world's business leaders aren't aware of cultural dishes from the countries they deal in.

Hold this against me - the richest people eat simple, bland foods and meals that they know for a fact will keep them safe from poison and food disease. Whatever they can quickly eat with vitamins and water to spend as less money on expensive fake food with long term, negative, health effects.

And ? I don't really care about money or status. I have enough money to live comfortably and that's fine by me. Would I enjoy being rich ? Yes. Do I have the motivation to get off my arse to get rich ? God no. I'm content as is.

The tea that includes coconut is homemade, not the coconut itself.

I'm 105k fresh outta college. What should I eat tonight boys?
>>
>>7898103
>$115k
>rich
Rich starts at like $500k/yr or really more like 7 figures.

Plenty of people can make $115k+ straight out of college or even from blue collar jobs, and that's a single income. Even a household income of double that is by no means "rich".
>>
>>7898103
115k is barely middle class
>>
>>7880352
This.... I have stayed with my millionaire uncle many times and dinner was always fucking Papa Johns.
>>
I am convinced Americans are retarded with this "Middle Class" nonsense.
If you make 100k or over you are not "Middle Class."
Go fuck yourself if you think you are.
If you make less than 48k a year you are also not MIDDLE CLASS. You are fucking poor. Deal with it.
>>
>>7898390
No, just that this thread is either full of underagers who have no idea what middle class/working class/upper class incomes actually are nor the subdivisions of middle class itself or trolls who similarly don't know, but are just spouting nonsense because its humourous (which it is; I've actually smirked a few times reading this thread).

Here're the real statistics: a physician/doctor in Boston earns in excess of $130k. This is the lowest average income for a doctor in an alpha-ranked city I could find in the US. According to half the people in this thread, that's "barely middle class."
By contrast, according the 2015 US census, the average income for American households was a little over $54k. Ergo, middle class income in the United States would logically float somewhere around $54k annually.
>>
>>7898484
That is barely middle class in Boston, although most of them live out in Allston, Cambridge, Sommerville or Brighton where their money goes a lot farther.
Boston is expensive as fuck, on 130k you could easily be spending 60k a year on housing

Probably no more than 2000 calories, since a lot of the modern rich are very social and very concerned with their image and therefore want to remain thin.
>>
>>7877658
lunch was completely wrong. "street tacos" and "expensive sandwiches" are for the upper-middle class faggots.

rich people eat whatever the most expensive thing on the menu is, and 2-3 glasses of wine, because their lunch is almost always a business expense.
>>
>>7898628
That's nice, but irrelevant. The OP specifically asked about "rich people," which refers exclusively to income which is why the post spoke specifically about economic class and not about social class.

>>7898652
>barely middle class in boston
Why do you lie when your lies can be easily disproven?
For one, median household income for Boston residents in 2015 was barely over $61k. A $130k-earning physician is bringing home over double that.

Secondly, the median income among Boston's five wealthiest neighbourhoods is only around $113k and the top three only $132k, which is right in the doctor's ballpark.

Finally, here's no way they're 'barely middle class' when they're in the top 5% of earners in Boston.

I have a super rich uncle (four story mansion around military contractors and such) who's a fucking food retard. He has these particular restaurants around his house that he likes, but he only likes very specific items from them, and refuses to try anything else. When he goes to another city, every restaurant he tries "is awful" because it doesn't taste EXACTLY like the restaurant back home, so he eats at places like Olive Garden and Applebees so that it tastes exactly the same everywhere.

Rich people are normal people, but they can afford to be dumb as fuck.
