How I make my taco meat:
>brown however much meat you need
>drain
>run through food processor
>return to pan
>add one taco bell seasoning packet per pound of meat, little water and taco sauce
>cook more until sauce thickens

I'm making tacos too! Stewed lentil + mushroom tacos. I think I'm gonna make a slaw with salad greens/cilantro and a thin salsa in the food processor. Not sure yet
